Shipping Information
- We ship within Malaysia only at this time.
- Orders placed before 12pm on business days are typically dispatched the same day.
- A tracking number will be sent to your WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
