Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes — actual product appearance may vary slightly.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We accept payment via GoDaddy Payments (credit/debit card), DuitNow QR / bank transfer, and WhatsApp manual order. For bank transfer orders, please send proof of payment to our WhatsApp within 24 hours to secure your order.
Shipping
We ship within Malaysia only. Standard shipping is RM 8 per order. Free shipping applies to orders of RM 100 and above. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective.

Limitation of Liability
Azelia Beautee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Always perform a patch test before full use — individual skin reactions may vary.
